Indonesian Finance Manager(Tangerang)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Familiar with Indonesian local financial standards and regulations, responsible for all local accounting and reporting.

  2. Responsible for overall tax compliance, including issuing Indonesian electronic tax invoices, filing tax returns, handling tax-related issues, and liaising with tax accountants and the tax bureau.

  3. Responsible for daily financial operations, including expense reimbursement review, funding, sales orders, inventory counts, and other matters.

  4. Communicate externally (with banks, tax authorities, government agencies, customs, etc.), disclosing information as required.

  5. Assist the Shenzhen Human Resources Department with some HR and administrative work.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, with at least eight years of work experience, preferably in the trade sector.

  2. Strong self-management, drive, and a strong sense of responsibility.

  3. Must be a native Indonesian, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

岗位职责

1、熟悉印度尼西亚本地财务准则要求,负责全盘本地账务及报表处理;

2、负责全盘税务合规,开具印度尼西亚电子税票,税务申报、处理涉税问题,与税务师、税局对接;

3、负责日常财务运营事项,费用报销审核、资金、销售批单、库存盘点等事项;

4、对外沟通(银行、税务、政府、海关等),按要求进行信息披露;

5、协助深圳人事部处理部分人事行政工作;

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历,财会相关专业,8年以上工作经验,商贸行业更优;

2、有较强的自我管理和驱动力、责任心强,;

3、印度尼西亚本地人,英语听说读写沟通流畅,熟悉中文更优;

Manajer Keuangan Indonesia

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  1. Memahami standar dan peraturan keuangan lokal Indonesia, bertanggung jawab atas semua akuntansi dan pelaporan lokal.

  2. Bertanggung jawab atas kepatuhan pajak secara keseluruhan, termasuk menerbitkan faktur pajak elektronik Indonesia, mengajukan SPT, menangani masalah terkait pajak, dan berkoordinasi dengan akuntan pajak dan biro pajak.

  3. Bertanggung jawab atas operasional keuangan harian, termasuk peninjauan penggantian biaya, pendanaan, pesanan penjualan, penghitungan inventaris, dan hal-hal lainnya.

  4. Berkomunikasi secara eksternal (dengan bank, otoritas pajak, instansi pemerintah, bea cukai, dll.), dan memberikan informasi sesuai kebutuhan.

  5. Membantu Departemen Sumber Daya Manusia Shenzhen dengan beberapa pekerjaan SDM dan administrasi.

Persyaratan

  1. Gelar Sarjana atau lebih tinggi di bidang akuntansi, dengan setidaknya delapan tahun pengalaman kerja, lebih disukai di sektor perdagangan.

  2. Manajemen diri yang kuat, dorongan, dan rasa tanggung jawab yang kuat.

  3. Harus merupakan penduduk asli Indonesia, fasih berbahasa Inggris dalam mendengar, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis; Kemampuan berbahasa Mandarin merupakan nilai tambah.
