We are seeking a dedicated and organised Site Manager to oversee daily operations within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining safety standards, and managing resources effectively.

Description

  • Lead and manage the site operations and all tolling activities in Indonesia.
  • Ensure full compliance with ESHA guidelines, deliver committed products to meet business requirements, and drive continuous improvement in operational performance and sustainability.
  • Ensure all ESHA (Environment, Safety, Health) and regulatory compliance requirements are met in accordance with corporate policies and local legislation.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and production execution to meet the demand plan.
  • Promote best-in-class safety practices and enhance product quality. Champion an Operational Excellence culture to strengthen production efficiency, cost control, and process optimization.
  • Safeguard asset reliability by coordinating with local service providers to implement effective maintenance programs for production equipment and site infrastructure.

  • Lead and execute CAPEX projects in line with the Business Unit's strategic direction and site development plans.

  • Provide strong leadership to ensure workforce excellence. Define appropriate site KPIs, manage employee performance, and support people development and talent movement.

  • Strengthen culture and enhance employee engagement.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years in Production & Technology Management, plus at least 5 years in leadership and project management roles
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of enhancing financial and operational results
  • Proficiency in English and relevant local languages
