Responsibilities

  • Monitor project progress on a daily basis and make immediate adjustments as needed for their area of responsibility, escalating larger issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings for their specific tasks, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues at the execution level, reporting them promptly and suggesting solutions to their superiors.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables within their purview meet established quality standards, conducting inspections and verifying specifications.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Employees must be able to use or operate SAP module (Material Management, Plant Maintenance, and EHS)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing projects, with domain experiences in Manufacturing business.
  • Proficient in Engineering calculation, Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project/Primavera, SAP module (Material Management, Plant Maintenance, and EHS).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Would be an advantage to have PMP Certification.
