We are a fast-growing Bali-based tourism start-up, passionate about showcasing Bali's incredible destinations, culture, and experiences. Our mission is to connect travelers with the authentic side of the island through innovative digital storytelling and content-driven marketing.

We're now seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creator, based in Bali, to join our team and help us grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.


Role Overview

This role is perfect for someone who understands both creative storytelling and tourism marketing. You will manage our social media channels, plan and create engaging content, and help shape our brand's online voice.

You'll work closely with the founders and marketing team to develop strategies that attract tourists, promote local experiences, and build community engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our tourism brands and destinations.
  • Manage day-to-day posting and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create captivating visual and written content — videos, reels, photos, stories, and graphics.
  • Write engaging captions that highlight Bali's attractions, culture, and lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with local tourism partners, resorts, and creatives.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize content for reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, especially in travel and hospitality.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Candidate have full working rights in Indonesia and based in Bali is strongly preferred, in line with local employment regulations.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (tourism/hospitality background preferred).
  • Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok management and growth strategies.
  • Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Excellent communication in English (Bahasa Indonesia a strong plus).
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • A genuine passion for Bali, travel, and storytelling.

Employment Terms (Compliance with Balinese Law)
  • This role complies with Indonesian Employment Law and local manpower regulations.
  • Preference is given to Balinese residents residing in Bali.
  • Any non-local or expatriate candidates must possess the appropriate work permit (IMTA) and stay permit (KITAS), in accordance with Ministry of Manpower regulations.
