About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our vibrant team at PT Hookah Place Partnership' in Badung, Bali. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and connect with our target audience.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Create and curate compelling content, including images, videos, and captions, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our followers
  • Implement and monitor social media campaigns, tracking performance and optimising strategies to achieve our marketing goals
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader brand and marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure our content and strategies remain effective

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features and audiences
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand social media posts
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics, and reporting
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
