Vacancy: Social Media Manager (Bali, Sanur)

Vibe Development is a real estate developer in Bali, creating high-quality villas, apartments, and lifestyle spaces inspired by the island's atmosphere — light, air, and freedom.
We combine architecture, aesthetics, and media to show Bali the way people dream of living it.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our office in Sanur — someone who understands visual storytelling, feels the vibe, and can turn Bali life into engaging digital content.

Your Role

You will be responsible for building and managing the brand's social media presence — creating, filming, editing, and growing the Vibe Development online community.

Responsibilities

  1. Content Strategy Development — understanding the target audience, choosing the right platforms, formats, and communication tone.
  2. Content Creation & Publishing — writing posts, stories, and reels; working with visuals and designers.
  3. Content Planning — organizing publications, rubrics, and the posting calendar.
  4. Account Management — handling brand pages, engaging with followers, replying to comments and DMs.
  5. Advertising & Campaign Analysis — setting up targeted ads, monitoring performance and results.
  6. Analytics & Reporting — tracking reach, engagement, and audience growth; preparing monthly reports.
  7. Trend Monitoring — staying up-to-date with trending formats, memes, and social media algorithms.
  8. Content Filming — shooting short-form videos and stories on an iPhone 15 Pro or newer.
  9. Editing in CapCut — basic cutting, sound, subtitles, and visual flow.
  10. AI Tools — experience with AI for idea generation, visuals, captions, or automation is a big plus.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in social media management

* Confident English (spoken and written) Strong visual sense and storytelling skills

* Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

* Based in Bali or willing to relocate
