Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion

What You'll Do:

  1. Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing budgets for procurement activities and managing expenditures within the approved budget

  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new products. Analyzing market data to make informed purchasing decisions

  3. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock availability to meet operational needs while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs

  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., legal, ethical, environmental). Assessing and mitigating procurement risks

  5. Quality Control: Collaborating with product teams to ensure purchased products and materials meet quality standards and specifications.

  6. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports and analyzing procurement data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions

  7. Demand Planning and Forecasting:Utilizing historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams to forecast demand for products or services.Developing strategies to manage demand fluctuations, mitigate risks, and ensure product availability.

  • Bachelor degree all majors
  • Having 3-5 years experiences
  • Excellent in Excel
  • Able to work independently represent the Brand
  • Willing to be placed in Benda, Tangerang
  • Proficient in english
