About the role

Reporting to the Director, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join PT Imfarmind Farmasi Industri', a fast growing pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Pasuruan, East Java. In this full-time role, you will oversee all financial operations and accounting functions to ensure the company's long-term financial health and sustainability.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash flow management, and financial reporting
  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including tax) to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team
  • Oversee the implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support decision-making
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to excel
  • Support Director in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed
  • Conducting frequent internal and external audit
  • Stay up to date with legislation and regulations that affect the company and departments

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years' experience in a similar finance and accounting management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
  • Proficient in using financial management software and data analysis tools
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders
