We are looking for a
Human Resources & General Affair (HRGA)
professional who will play a key role in supporting our people, compliance, and daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR administration
  • Oversee employee wellbeing and workplace discipline
  • Ensure company compliance with labor regulations
  • Handle licenses, permits, and company certifications
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and internal policies
  • Manage warning letters and disciplinary processes professionally and fairly
  • Coordinate general affairs matters including office, facilities, and documentation
  • Support audits and internal control processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR & General Affair
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
