About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Generalist Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Human Capital Generalist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall human resources strategy and initiatives for our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  2. Providing strategic HR advice and solutions to business leaders, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values
  3. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the employee experience
  4. Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
  5. Leading and mentoring the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  6. Staying up-to-date with evolving HR regulations and industry trends, and adapting the company's HR strategies accordingly

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  2. Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  4. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  7. CAHRI or CHRP certification is an advantage
  8. Proficient in English (Native)
