Hi All,

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our client based in BSD Tangerang

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR administration.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations, including employment contracts, BPJS, and basic payroll.
  • Experienced in managing employee databases and using HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in BSD Tangerang and able to work both independently and in a team.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Handle HR administration such as employment contracts, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee data, attendance records, and ensure accuracy within the HRIS system.
  • Support payroll activities (attendance data, overtime, salary changes, and benefits).
  • Manage BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, and other employee benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations, respond to inquiries, and ensure effective HR communication.
  • Prepare HR reports and support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and various HR programs.
