About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Square Gate One / ESPAY.ID' in Tangerang Banten. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR operations and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including screening applications, conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding activities.
  2. Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR documentation.
  3. Prepare and manage employment contracts (fixed-term and permanent) and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  4. Handle employee resignation and exit interview processes while ensuring proper documentation.
  5. Oversee HRIS functions, including attendance, leave management, and employee data maintenance.
  6. Organize, store, and maintain HR-related documents such as agreements, company regulations, and internal memo.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  3. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS administration.
  4. Experienced in recruitment and employee administration (contracts, attendance, leave).
  5. Proficient in HRIS and other HR administration tools.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and well-organized.
  7. Able to multitask and work under deadlines.
