Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Tangerang. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR-related tasks, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. The specialist will also play a key role in engaging with employees and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (
    mandatory
    )
  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
  • Proficiency in administering Employee Benefits and BPJS-K&TK
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus
  • Ready to work in any company's location (Banten & West Java area)
