Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Tangerang. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing human resources initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR policies and standards, and overseeing employee benefits programs. Day-to-day tasks will include personnel management, supporting recruitment processes, implementing HR strategies, and addressing employee concerns effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
