Job Summary

The Junior Product Manager will assist in planning, defining, and delivering product features that align with company goals and customer needs. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities


• Work closely with Product Manager to gather, document, and refine product requirements and user stories.


• Support the creation and maintenance of the product backlog and sprint planning.


• Assist in developing product roadmaps and tracking delivery milestones.


• Conduct market, user, and competitor research to support product strategy decisions.


• Coordinate with engineering and QA teams during development and testing cycles.


• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.


• Monitor product performance metrics and collect feedback from users and internal stakeholders.


• Assist in preparing product documentation, training materials, and release notes.


• Ensure that feature enhancements are aligned with overall product vision and business goals.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (internships accepted).


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).


• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and software development process.


• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Passion for technology, product design, and delivering customer value.

Preferred Skills


• Experience working with SaaS or logistics tech platforms.


• Exposure to UI/UX tools (Figma, Miro, or similar).


• Understanding of APIs, integrations, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).


• Basic SQL or data analytics skills (a plus).
