Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations for IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for overseeing procurement, vendor management, logistics, and inventory planning of hardware, software, and related IT services. The successful candidate will ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery to support business growth and large-scale technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute IT supply chain strategies aligned with the companys business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee procurement and contract negotiations for IT hardware, software, and infrastructure services.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Lead planning, forecasting, and inventory management for IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Collaborate with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless IT deployment and availability.
  • Drive process improvements and digital solutions to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies related to global IT supply chain and logistics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and procurement professionals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in IT supply chain management, procurement, or related functions within tech/IT infrastructure industry.
  • Strong background in sourcing IT equipment, software licensing, and infrastructure services.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and large-scale procurement.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain best practices, logistics, and global sourcing.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
