About the Client

Our client is a supply chain transformation consultancy supporting major consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing companies. They collaborate directly with CXO and senior management teams, offering a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Planner will manage
demand forecasting, S&OP alignment, and inventory optimization
to support business growth and operational efficiency. The role involves strong cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate
    demand forecasts
    using data insights and market trends
  • Lead the
    S&OP
    process to align demand, supply, and inventory plans
  • Collaborate with planning, sales, and procurement teams to optimize stock
  • Analyze sales trends, promotions, and new product introductions
  • Manage
    inventory health
    , including SLOB analysis and replenishment planning
  • Use
    SAP, Excel, Power BI
    , and planning tools for reporting and scenario modelling
  • Support continuous improvement in forecasting and supply chain processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering / Industrial / Mechanical
    (UI, ITB, UGM, UB, etc.)
  • MBA/Master's in
    Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations
    is a plus
  • 3–4 years experience in
    Demand or Supply Chain Planning
    in reputable companies (FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail)
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management
  • Advanced Excel; proficiency in SAP, Power BI preferred
  • Experience in regional/multi-country planning is an advantage
