Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.

  • Experience in mass hiring is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to work efficiently.

  • Adaptable to targets and new work environments.

  • Able to work well under pressure.

Job Description:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, CV screening, to interview process.

  • Create and publish job postings on various platforms.

  • Conduct candidate selection and evaluation effectively and accurately.

  • Manage large-scale recruitment needs (mass hiring) according to company requirements.

  • Invite candidates for interviews and conduct post-interview evaluations.

  • Conduct interviews both online and offline based on company needs.

  • Coordinate with General Admin and Manager regarding manpower requirements.
