Human Capital Intern

Greeneration Foundation is an environmental non-profit organization based in Bandung, Indonesia. We work to promote sustainable consumption and production patterns through innovation, collaboration, and education. We are currently looking for a Human Capital Intern who is passionate about people development and ready to handle the full spectrum of HR operations.

Responsibilities

As a Human Capital Intern, you will support the Human Capital team in daily operations, with a focus on employee engagement and internal activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events such as employee gatherings, town halls, and celebrations
  • Supporting the Human Capital Officer in administrative tasks (e.g., attendance tracking, filing, documentation)
  • Helping manage internal communication content (e.g., email blasts, announcements, visual content for engagement)
  • Supporting team initiatives related to employee wellness and culture building
  • Providing general assistance in ongoing Human Capital projects and capacity-building activities

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate from Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or other related fields
  • Interest in Human Resource Management, especially in employee experience and organizational culture
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Creative and detail-oriented, especially in planning and coordinating events
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
  • Passionate about environmental and social impact
  • Based in Bandung or willing to work hybrid from Bandung
