Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Bandung. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and benefits administration. Key tasks include ensuring compliance with HR regulations, addressing employee inquiries, coordinating HR initiatives, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience in implementing HR Policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR roles is a plus
  • Proficient in using SIPP and eDABU is a plus
  • Understanding the concept of PPh 21 is a plus
