The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the facility services sector. This role focuses on expanding the B2B client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the achievement of company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Strategy- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies for facility services, including outsourcing, office support, cleaning services, and security services.
- Identify and define target markets (corporate, industrial, commercial, office buildings, property management, etc.).
- Design competitive pricing strategies and commercial proposals aligned with market conditions and company margins.
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities (new client acquisition).
- Conduct client approaches, presentations, negotiations, and deal closings.
- Manage tender processes, including RFQ, RFP, bidding documentation, and contract negotiations.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the sales & marketing team.
- Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching, and capability development.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Act as the escalation point for key or strategic client issues.
- Implement effective key account management strategies.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure service readiness and alignment with client requirements.
- Ensure clear understanding of SLA, scope of work, and service deliverables.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams related to contracts, manpower planning, and operational execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in facility services.
- Prepare and present sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and revenue performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations for new service offerings or business improvements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree (S2) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
- Strong experience in facility services or outsourcing industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing mid-to-large scale contracts and corporate clients.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Solid understanding of tender processes (RFQ/RFP).
- Strong knowledge of cost structures, margins, and service pricing.
- Established corporate client network is a plus.
- Ability to develop professional business proposals and presentations.
- Strong analytical thinking and market insight.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of service contracts and business legal aspects.
- Highly target-oriented and result-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
