The websites you build are the front door to that transformation.

THE ROLE

You'll work out of our Bali studio, reporting to Tama, our Studio Manager who keeps the Indonesia operation running tight. Your technical lead is Megan, our Head Developer based in Malaysia, she's the one who'll push you, teach you, and make sure every pixel ships with intention.

Your job: take Figma designs and turn them into clean, responsive Framer builds. Desktop layouts.

Organized style systems. Components that make sense. Work that's ready for Megan to finalize without asking you twenty questions. This isn't about following instructions. It's about owning your craft.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

• Figma file lands in your inbox
• You extract assets, study the specs, ask smart questions early
• You build the full desktop layout in Framer—clean, consistent, documented
• You create style assets (text, colors, links) that someone else can actually use
• You build custom components when the design demands it
• You hand off to Megan with zero chaos
• You communicate proactively because remote teams die in silence

WHO YOU ARE

You've built sites in Framer.

We don't care if it's been six months or three years—we care about what you've shipped. Send us links. Show us work.

You navigate Figma without getting lost. Extract assets. Match specs. Interpret when the design leaves gaps.

You know your way around Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop, Illustrator enough to prep assets without hand-holding.

You solve problems. Layouts that break at weird screen sizes don't break you.

You have taste. Typography, spacing, color hierarchy—you feel when something's off.

You communicate like your job depends on it. Because it does.

Bonus points if you understand:

• SEO fundamentals and accessibility basics
• HTML/CSS enough to speak the language

THE PATH

• Our Bali Studio Manager reviews every application. If your portfolio shows the goods, you'll interview with her first.
• Meet Megan — If Tama says yes, you'll meet our Head Developer. She'll assess your technical chops and whether you can hang in a fast-moving, high-standards environment.
