Qualifications:

  3. Experience with both golf course operations and event/banquet marketing is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
  5. Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM software and design platform.
  6. Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  7. Ability to create tailored packages for golf events and banquets.
  8. Familiarity with planning and marketing tournaments, weddings, and other large-scale events.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills for promotional material, proposals, and client interactions.
  10. Ability to present ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
  11. Ability to analyze data and trends to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  12. Experience with performance metrics and ROI reporting.
  13. Knowledge of the golf and banquet industries, including custo and seasonal preferences
  14. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required by events and promotions.
  15. Passion for golf and hospitality is highly desirable.

Job Desc:

The Marketing Manager for Golf Course and Banquet Facilities is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the golf course, banquet services, and related amenities. The role focuses on increasing customer engagement, driving event bookings, and maximizing revenue for both the golf and banquet operations through creative campaigns and client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  2. Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the golf course and banquet facilities.

  3. Create seasonal campaigns and special promotions tailored to attract golfers, event planners, and social clients.
  4. Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources.

  5. Digital Marketing:

  6. Oversee website content, ensuring it highlights golf packages, tournaments, banquet offerings, and special events.

  7. Develop and manage social media platforms with engaging content, including photos, videos, and event announcements.
  8. Implement email marketing campaigns targeting members, guests, and prospective clients.

  9. Sales & Client Engagement:

  10. Build relationships with golf enthusiasts, corporate clients, and event planners to promote services.

  11. Conduct tours of the golf course and banquet facilities for prospective clients.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve booking and the community building goals.

  13. Event Promotion:

  14. Design and market golf tournaments, charity events, and corporate outings.

  15. Promote the banquet space for weddings, birthdays, social gatherings, schools events and business events.
  16. Work with the operations, food and beverage and/or catering teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  17. Market Research & Analysis:

  18. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.

  19. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  20. Monitor customer feedback to improve services and offerings.

  21. Collaboration:

  22. Work closely with the golf operations team, food & beverage, catering staff, and event coordinators to align marketing efforts with business goals.
