About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at PT ASET TRENING TEKNIK SERVIS'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our range of products and services in the Batam Riau Islands region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  2. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
  5. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
  3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  4. Creative and analytical mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies
  5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  6. Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or a related field
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
