  1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Marketing, Komunikasi, atau Manajemen Bisnis).
  2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Digital Marketing, khususnya di industri properti (developer/agen/konsultan properti).
  3. Memahami strategi pemasaran properti, segmentasi pasar, buyer persona, dan funnel penjualan properti.
  4. Menguasai iklan digital: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display).
  5. Mampu mengelola konten media sosial, copywriting, storytelling, dan pembuatan konten promosi properti.
  6. Memahami SEO & SEM dasar, analytic tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  7. Memiliki kemampuan membuat materi promosi (caption, poster sederhana, reels, landing page).
  8. Mampu bekerja berdasarkan target lead dan koordinasi dengan tim sales.
  9. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, kreatif, dan cepat beradaptasi.
  10. Diutamakan yang sudah terbiasa dengan Open House, launching produk, dan event marketing properti.
