Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager located in Batam. The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of the resort's annual marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role involves content creation, digital marketing, social media management, campaign performance analysis, and coordination of promotions and events. The position also collaborates with internal departments, external partners, and the Head Office to align brand messaging, manage influencer and media relations, and oversee marketing operations, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Good knowledge of branding principles and visual communication.
  • Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and basic design coordination (knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, media, and influencers is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required for events or campaigns.
