Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Handle sales and business development for right-hand drive vehicles and automotive spare parts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers and partners.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to support sales activities.
  • Ensure strong customer relationship management and after-sales support.
  • Willing to relocate and be based in Zambia as required by the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in right-hand drive vehicles and/or automotive spare parts.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Able to analyze sales performance and market trends.
  • Willing to relocate to Zambia.
