Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily briefings with technicians to coordinate work plans, review pending jobs, ensure repair equipment readiness, and update daily work targets in line with EMC requirements.
  • Supervise technicians during customer repair services and provide support when issues arise during the repair process.
  • Conduct periodic visits to Authorized Service Centers (ASC) to maintain good relationships and discuss operational challenges encountered.
  • Monitor spare parts availability at both DSC and ASC to ensure readiness whenever required.
  • Analyze spare parts requirements on a monthly basis.
  • Track daily target achievement in accordance with EMC standards and ensure each technician meets planned productivity targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer and dealer satisfaction with products.
  • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys at dealer locations.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to Head Office (HO), including LTP, STAT, completed jobs, productivity, technician deployment, spare parts control, 24-Hour MOT, and other relevant data.
  • Submit trade-in proposals or spare part substitution requests to HO when required parts are unavailable.
  • Verify the completeness of documents submitted by technicians in the GCC system after work orders are closed.
  • Review and validate the accuracy and completeness of trade-in program documentation prior to submission to HO.
  • Issue tax invoices for customer payments related to electronic goods service activities.
  • Manage spare parts sales administration.
  • Ensure office operational needs are met, including cleanliness, organization, and availability of office supplies.

Competencies Required

  • 4 years of experience in the same position
  • Diploma / bachelor's degree of electrical engineering
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good networking and Negotiation skill
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technical issue
  • Good leadership, Responsive, Persuasive and Innovative
  • Excellent Inter-personal Skills, Fast Learner, Team Developer
  • Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word), ERP
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
