Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outbound Call Agent / Coordinator. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding customer needs, providing information about Lingua Learn services, and coordinating with internal teams to support client onboarding. Other duties include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales, with strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to multitask, follow up efficiently, and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills for remote work setup.
  • Previous experience in the education or language learning sector is a plus.
  • Fluency in additional languages is beneficial but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is considered an advantage.
