Qualifications:

  • Candidate must process minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree, preferably in Export Import, Logistics or other related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) and Chinese language (preferred)
  • Having experience in handling export import documents & permits
  • Good communication skills, well organized, high motivation, good analytical thinking, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • The candidate has PPJK certificate (most preferable)
  • Strong knowledge for import & export licenses
  • Detail oriented & problem solver
  • Willing to be placed outside the city if needed (preferred based in Semarang)

Job descriptions:

  • Manage verify and process customs documentation for import/export (PIB, PEB, etc.) with customs regulations
  • Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and logistics providers
  • Control and monitor shipper and consignee
  • Create an adjustment manifest and create daily reports
  • Familiar with CEISA system, or similar customs systems
