Customer Service – Mandarin Speaker

Placement: Semarang
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels using Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services in a professional manner.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle invoicing and pre-order operations needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, or other departments) to resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, politely, and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service when needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education High School / Vocational School; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and reading); Hokkien is a plus.
- Good command of Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication skills, friendly, patient, and customer-oriented.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work in shifts if required.
