Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and control HRD activities and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of departmental goals, objectives, and HR systems
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain and manage employee data, including attendance records

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field (Psychology or Law is a plus)
  • Must have 6 years of experience as Supervisor in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in hiring Sales staff is a plus
  • Prior experience in the distribution, manufacturing, or retail industry is a plus
  • Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken) is an advantage
  • Strong work ethic, highly responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Able to start work immediately

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (Break time: 1 hour 30 minutes)
