Company Description
Our client is a distribution company of Industrial Chemical and Plastic Pellets, established in the year of 2019. Among the few of their distributed products are solvent (such as: IPA, Hexane, Toluene, etc.) and of course plastic pellets. They are located in Tangerang, Banten, West Java, Indonesia. More info will be disclosed during interview.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HRGA Manager based in Tangerang, Banten, West Java, Indonesia. The HRGA Manager will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources operations, including managing HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Serve as a business partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and interviewing to onboarding new employees, to ensure workforce readiness and meet staffing needs
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processes and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs (including salary reviews, bonuses, and social security programs like BPJS in Indonesia)
- Performance & Development: Design, implement, and evaluate performance management systems (e.g., KPIs, appraisals) and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
- Employee & Industrial Relations: Foster a positive, productive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, resolving disputes, and negotiating with labor unions if present
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure full compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and safety standards (such as K3/OSHA in Indonesia). Manage legal documentation and maintain good relationships with government agencies
- General Affairs (GA): Supervise general affairs operations, including managing facilities, security, maintenance, transportation, cleanliness, and procurement of office supplies to support operational efficiency
- Administration & Reporting: Manage HR documentation and personnel files, prepare regular HRGA reports (e.g., headcount, turnover), and monitor budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, or a related field
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years, with 2-3 years in a managerial role) in HR, with a preference for a manufacturing environment
- Thorough knowledge of applicable labour laws and employment regulations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders and manage a team
