Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee administration for factory staff.
- Manage attendance, leave, BPJS, and assist in monthly payroll processing.
- Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and daily HR coordination.
- Maintain and update factory contracts, documents, and filing system.
- Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate document distribution.
- Manage office supplies, factory administrative support, and basic facility coordination.
- Assist in government-related documentation and external administration.
- Process reimbursement for GM and project team.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in HR, Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR/GA, preferably in factory or manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with BPJS, attendance management, and basic payroll.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work in
