Requirements

What You Will Do
  • Lead daily operations for software development, QA, product, and support teams.
  • Oversee HR functions including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritise, and track delivery goals.
  • Ensure processes are followed and teams deliver high-quality, on-time output.
  • Build, improve, and manage operational workflows and reporting structures.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvements across teams.
  • Manage office operations, team coordination, and cross-department activities.
  • Act as the key communication bridge between Jakarta teams and international teams.
  • Drive a strong, disciplined, and positive team culture.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in operational or HR leadership roles.
  • Strong background in software development, engineering operations, or technical delivery.
  • Proven experience managing staff and improving team performance.
  • Understanding of agile or software development processes.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Good English communication skills (simple and clear).
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or technology companies is a strong plus.
