Retail Expansion Supervisor

Job Description :
- Identify and scout potential locations for new retail stores and pop-ups (malls, commercial areas, apartments, office complexes).
- Conduct basic site feasibility analysis (foot traffic, visibility, target market fit).
- Support negotiation and coordination with landlords, mall management, and property partners.
- Coordinate end-to-end store opening activities, including timelines, documentation, and readiness checks.
- Work with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure store readiness before launch.
- Monitor store opening progress and flag risks or delays early.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external partners for store setup, signage, fixtures, and utilities.
- Ensure store setup follows brand standards and operational requirements.
- Support cost tracking and basic budget monitoring for store expansion projects.
- Maintain expansion tracking documents and progress reports.
- Support post-opening review to capture learnings and improve future store rollouts.
- Assist in improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store expansion.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail expansion, project coordination, or property management.
- Experience supporting store openings or pop-up activations is a strong advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
