A modern deli and wine bar concept in Uluwatu is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The venue combines relaxed coastal charm with refined dining and a vibrant social atmosphere

Position Overview

You will work closely with the management team to lead front-of-house operations, maintain service standards, and support the smooth coordination between all departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide front-of-house staff during service
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
  • Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Oversee daily reports, inventory, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial F&B role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Highly organized, service-driven, and adaptable
  • Hands-on management style with attention to detail
