Wine Adore Indonesia is looking for a Logistics Officer to manage shipment, delivery, and inventory operations for our wine distribution business. This role sits within the Logistics Team and plays a key role in ensuring smooth movement of goods, accurate stock control, and compliance with regulations related to alcoholic beverages.

You will work closely with warehouses, freight partners, and internal stakeholders to support both import-related coordination and domestic distribution, while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic deliveries and support import shipments for wine products
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, warehouses, and customs-related partner
  • Prepare, review, and track logistics documentation, including shipping documents, delivery records, and excise-related paperwork
  • Monitor shipment and delivery timelines to ensure timely and compliant distribution
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of wine products, including temperature control, packaging standards, and breakage prevention
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement records and support stock reconciliation with warehouses
  • Track logistics costs and support internal logistics reporting
  • Identify and resolve shipment, delivery, or stock discrepancies
  • Ensure logistics activities comply with applicable regulations for alcoholic beverages

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Strong understanding of shipment processes, logistics documentation, and inventory flow
  • Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, warehouses, and delivery partners
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple shipments and priorities
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or logistics-related systems
  • Willing to work on-site in Bali
