Logistics & Production Support – Fitness & Dance Studio (Seseh)

One of our clients, a vibrant fitness and dance studio, combining simple, body-friendly choreography with energetic music and joyful movement, is looking for a Logistics & Production Support to join their team.

This role owns hands-on logistics, physical inventory, samples, quality control, and materials management within Bali. It supports production by understanding and following established processes, while taking full ownership and accountability for ensuring samples, fabrics, accessories, and stock movements are organised, accurate, and consistently production-ready.

Requirements :

• Open for local candidates.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, production support, fashion operations, or similar hands-on roles.
• Experience working with garment production, materials, fabrics, or accessories is a strong advantage.
• Strong ability to manage physical inventory, samples, and materials in an organised and structured way.
• Comfortable working with stock tracking, delivery notes, and basic documentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling shrinkage tests, QC results, and stock movement.
• Able to work hands-on in a fast-moving production environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and follow-through.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
• Able to coordinate with tailors, production partners, warehouses, and logistics providers.
• Physically fit and comfortable with packing, lifting boxes, and moving stock.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities :

Production & Sample Support

• Purchase fabrics and materials in Denpasar when required.
• Conduct shrinkage tests accurately and submit results to the production team.
• Print patterns and prepare materials for sample making at Lalaland.
• Coordinate with Tailor Made on cutting, sample development, and prototype preparation.
• Maintain records of samples, prototypes, and development history for future reference.
• Actively coordinate with MasterIndo and the Production Supervisor to ensure materials and logistics are always ready for production.

Materials & Accessories Management

• Maintain stock of labels, hangtags, polybags, zippers, buttons, barcodes, DHL boxes, and other production accessories.
• Reorder supplies on time to avoid production delays.
• Print and send barcodes to MasterIndo.
• Prepare and issue delivery notes for all production and logistics partners.

Physical Inventory Control (Bali Operations)

• Maintain full physical inventory of garments (grades A, B, C, D).
• Maintain inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Perform monthly physical stock audits.
• Track all stock movement between Lalaland, Tailor Made, MasterIndo, and the warehouse.
• Keep all storage areas clean, organized, labeled, and up to date.

Logistics & Shipping

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for Asia.
• Arrange Gojek, cargo, and bus shipments (Bandung, Rapi, etc.).
• Prepare packages with correct labels and documentation.
• Support international shipments to the Netherlands and distributors when required.
• Maintain an B2B shipping database with customer details, addresses, and shipping rules.

Quality Control

• Support the production team with QC checks for incoming goods.
• Perform monthly random QC checks on stored inventory.
• Document quality issues clearly and report them to the production team.
• Ensure shrinkage tests are performed correctly and consistently.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain logs for inventory movement, shrinkage results, and QC findings.
• Manage petty cash and office supplies related to production and logistics.
• Prepare delivery notes for all outgoing batches to production and logistics partners.
