  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; takes initiative in identifying business needs. Outstanding written & verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Provide strategic oversight of business analysis to align with company goals.

  • Lead creation and maintenance of documentation for clear communication and project tracking.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional specs.

  • Guide data analysis and ensure insights are clearly communicated.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for better alignment and teamwork.

  • Prioritize complex requirements by assessing business impact and feasibility.

  • Serve as bridge between business and technical teams to facilitate collaboration.

  • Lead software evaluations, offer recommendations, and perform risk analysis to ensure successful delivery.
