We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team within the consumer goods industry. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validation of data sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, with keen attention to detail.
