What You'll Do

  • Develop comprehensive account and portfolio strategy:

You'll create and execute strategic plans for key client accounts and agency portfolio growth, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and revenue expansion
- Provide senior team leadership:

You'll lead cross-functional teams across multiple client accounts, mentoring senior staff and ensuring exceptional service delivery while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Drive client relationship management:

You'll maintain and strengthen relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and ensuring client retention and satisfaction
- Lead business development initiatives:

You'll identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and lead pitch presentations while expanding Emagineer's market presence and client portfolio
- Manage P&L responsibility:

You'll oversee profit and loss for assigned accounts or business units, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation and operational efficiency

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in senior agency roles with at least 3+ years in leadership positions
  • Proven track record of managing large client accounts and leading business development efforts
  • Comprehensive digital marketing and strategy knowledge with deep understanding of integrated marketing approaches and industry trends
  • Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, financial planning, and strategic business development
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities with experience developing senior-level talent and managing complex teams
  • Advanced client management skills with proven ability to build C-level relationships and drive strategic account growth
  • Excellent attention to detail in account management, financial oversight, and team performance monitoring
