We're Hiring Lead Technical Project Manager | Full - Time

What You'll Work On

  • Lead and oversee multiple end-to-end technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for project-related decisions, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, aligning business needs with technical execution.
  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate and manage internal teams (engineering, QA, operations) and external vendors.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and lead mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks clearly to the CEO and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective resource planning, allocation, and capacity management across projects.
  • Establish and improve project management processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Foster strong collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior Project Managers or team members when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Lead PM in IT/software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Technical background or previous experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience leading distributed or cross-functional teams.
