About the Role

We're looking for a 
Business Analyst & Growth Strategist,
someone who not only understands data and market dynamics but also knows how to 
turn insights into action
.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between 
business analysis, marketing communication, and business development strategy
. You'll help us identify market opportunities, refine our product-market fit, and design effective go-to-market plans that strengthen Faxtor's brand presence and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and business analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
  • Formulate 
    business growth strategies
     and sales initiatives that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop 
    product positioning and brand messaging
     that resonate with target markets.
  • Design and execute 
    marketing communication strategies
    , including campaign planning, digital content direction, and client engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of business and marketing initiatives.
  • Build partnerships, analyze client feedback, and continuously refine strategies for better market fit and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Psychology, Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
  • Experience in 
    business development, strategic marketing, or business analysis
     is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Fast learner, self-driven, organized, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Passionate about turning ideas into measurable business results.
