Sales Qualifier – Real Estate Projects

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Qualifier to support our real estate sales team by qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, and ensuring high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer-focused thinking, and flexibility to work on weekends as required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities-

Contact and follow up with incoming leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Qualify prospects by understanding their budget, location preference, property type, timeline, and buying intent

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system

Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team

Provide basic information about real estate projects, pricing, and availability

Filter out non-serious inquiries to ensure sales team efficiency

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners for lead updates

Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive first impression

Track lead status and provide regular reports on lead quality and conversion trends

Be flexible to work on weekends and holidays based on business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and sales processes (preferred)

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and basic computer applications

Prior experience in real estate sales support, telesales, or lead qualification is an advantage

Work Requirements-

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Results-driven with a focus on lead quality and conversion
