Job Responsibilities
  • Handle apartment rentals and maintenance for expatriate employees
  • Manage office purchases and procurement of work-related equipment and supplies
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Oversee office facilities management (cleanliness, utilities, repairs, and maintenance)
  • Manage company vehicles, driver schedules, and transportation arrangements
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor and control office inventory (stationery, pantry supplies, etc.)
Requirements
  • Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in General Affairs, fresh graduate are also welcome
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Indonesian
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

职责内容:

  • 负责外籍员工的公寓租赁和维护
  • 管理办公室采购以及工作相关设备及用品的采购
  • 执行一般行政工作
  • 监督办公室设施管理(清洁、公用设施、维修和保养)
  • 管理公司车辆、司机日程安排和交通安排
  • 维护与供应商、服务提供商和承包商的关系,确保日常运营顺畅
  • 监控和控制办公室库存(文具、茶水间用品等)

职位要求:

  • 最低学历要求:行政管理或相关专业文凭或学士学位优先
  • 至少1年总务工作经验,也欢迎应届毕业生
  • 精通普通话、英语和印尼语
  • 能够独立工作并同时处理多项任务
  • 精通Microsoft Office办公软件
