Responsibilities:
• Manage office environment, facilities, cleanliness, and security.
• Oversee office supplies, fixed assets, and vehicles needs.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance work, and outsourced service providers.
• Manage procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor administrative expenses.
• Liaise with government agencies for permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain document filing systems and support audit-related administrative
requirements.
• Assist in improving administrative procedures and ensuring efficient daily operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in administration, general affairs, or office management.
• Basic knowledge of office operations, procurement, and Indonesian government
compliance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; English or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
