Main Responsibilities: 

Sales development representatives are responsible for outbound prospecting. The world of an SDR revolves around lead gen, rather than closing new deals. SDRs are typically measured by how effectively they move leads through the sales pipeline.

Sales development representatives help with the lead qualification process, which allows sales team to focus on closing deals instead of wasting time with prospecting.

Job description:

  • Find various potential leads and links through social media, emails & cold calling & converting them into Business.
  • Generate new customers for the company and pass higher usage leads to the Sales team by conducting networking activities.
  • Develop strategies for client approach in collaboration with internal team.
  • Craft emails and book an introductory meeting with potential clients
  • Foster a good working relationship with potential clients (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partner's problems/needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product).
  • Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with leads.
  • Maintain SDR database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any majors are welcome
  • Experience as SDR in a SaaS /Tech company is a plus. B2B sales experience is necessary
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Having good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Having good communication skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
