**LingoTalk** is seeking a qualified **Sales Development Representative** to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The Sales Development Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating B2B leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

**Objectives of this role**:

- Drive topline sales: Supporting the deal process from identifying potential partners, relationship building and due diligence, all the way through post-contract signing integration;
- Evaluate strategic partnership opportunities: Performing a range of quantitative and qualitative analysis, from competitive analysis, market and impact sizing to running revenue projections as targeted by LingoTalk's metrics;
- Proactively identify customer risk and opportunity signals: develop comprehensive strategies to reap opportunities and resolve bottlenecks;
- Handle stakeholder management: Foster strong relationships with key client executives, as well as internally with key LingoTalk stakeholders that tie directly to ROI, and are built on a foundation of trust and value creation.

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Experience in full time B2B Business Development and/or Sales for at least 2 years;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills;
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**:

- Plus point for those with working experience in high-growth ed-tech startups or companies;
- Preferably from top universities in Indonesia or overseas graduates;
- Proven track record in bringing traction and converting them into sales.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
