About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Payable - Accurate User to join our team at PT Lampbond Indonesia in Benda Banten. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate and timely payments to our suppliers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Processing and recording accounts payable invoices and expenses accurately and efficiently
  2. Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
  4. Liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure prompt payment of invoices
  5. Providing support and assistance to the wider finance team as needed
  6. Adhering to all relevant financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role, preferably within the Accounting industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Accurate
  5. A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  6. Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
